Our aim is to test every family in Cambodia who has lost a relative since the 1970s. Commercial autosomal DNA testing is currently unavailable in Cambodia. Thanks to our generous sponsor MyHeritage, we have free DNA testing kits to distribute but need funds to let people know we exist, for us to find them and organise test days. Monies raised help pay for courier services, staff and logistics for activities inside Cambodia.
- Funding is focused towards the following activities :
- Our monthly office overheads, including admin, taxes and salary ($1100/mon)
- Our mailing costs (sending DNA tests to the lab) ($100/10 tests)
- Our expenses involved in Village Testing Days (an overnight trip costs $500)
- Our research and educational outreach with promotional materials (overnight trip costs $500)
